Shipping Policy:
At our ecommerce website, we want to make sure you receive your order as quickly as possible. All our orders are prepared fresh and sent. We offer various shipping options to meet your needs.
Processing Time:
Orders are usually shipped within 14-18 business days after they are placed. During peak seasons, processing times may take longer due to high order volumes.
Shipping Options:
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Orders are shipped via standard delivery services with Delhivery Limited
- Express Shipping: Orders are shipped via express delivery services with Delhivery. This comes at an extra cost of INR 500/- per order. Delivery in express is done in 7-8 days from order placement.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are charged at flat INR 175/- per product. This also includes packing, handling and the courier charges.
International Shipping:
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a text on WhatsApp with the tracking ID. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the carrier’s website.
Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is undeliverable and returned to us, we will contact you to confirm your shipping address. If we cannot contact you or do not receive a response within 14 days, refund would not be issued.
Damaged or Lost Packages:
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and issue a replacement or refund for your order.
